Welcome to the digital payment system operated by Paymentus on behalf of Cooperative Telephone Exchange. The system provides the tools to view and pay your bill online or by phone using debit and credit, or digital wallets at your convenience. The system allows a one-time payment option or set-up of an account in the customer portal.
The information required for payments to be processed is the account number without the leading zeros and the phone number located on your bill. The business office will not be able to confirm payments until the next business banking day. Services will not be restored on a suspended account until the next business day. All Sales Are Final.
Confirming Account Details and Preferences: To ensure a seamless transition, please be sure to check and confirm your account information is correct. This includes confirming your payment preferences and details, as well as inputting relevant payment information. Chargeback, NSF, wrong Account/Routing number, will result in a $10.00 NSF Fee billed to your Cooperative Telephone Exchange account.
Selecting Your Preferred Payment Method: Payment options include eCheck, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, PayPal credit, Venmo, G Pay, and Apple Pay.
